You could upload your files to our FTP Links by PDF format .

2 , How do I transfer my artworks to prima printing waiter.com ?

You upload your artworks / design files onto FTP Links . ftp://205.209.139.130/wwwroot/ 
We will give you the User Name and Password to you . Then we download the files .
If the file is small you could directly email us by attached of PDF format .

3 , Can I send the files through CD ?

Yes , you can . Please check our detailes contact adress . It may be longer time than FTP .

4 , Is there any minimum order limit?

No, no matter how many copies you want . We will strive to fulfill your needs .

5,How long is your general lead time?

It depends on the quantity and items . In general , 2 – 7 days for printing time is enough .
If a folder or other packaging with hand work involved, it will be 7-12 working days.

6 , How long it will take for the shipping to my door?

Shipping via Airfreight , it will take 2-4 days . Shipping via seafreight , it will take 3 – 4 weeks .

7 , What is your payment terms?

You could pay 50 % deposit before we start printing . After checking the quality , pay the balance before we send you the rest printed products .

8 , How can I ensure I can have the printing effect or color is what I expect?

Yes , it is very important and a challenge for making the very same color as client want or match the sample proof by using different press and different stock and ink . But as a professional printing company , we have years of experiences of dealing with this . We will choose paper stock very carefully . Also , if needeed, We will send you a Checking Package of your printed products , you could check the quality and paper well . If you are not satisfied , we garuantee to return your deposit or reprint .
